Shipping Policy
The shipping transit period is influenced by the style, linen, and quantities you choose to order. Only after we have orders from you do we begin creating them. Every order is specifically created for a certain consumer, and as such, is designed uniquely.
Fabrically strives to fulfill orders between approx. 7 to 10 business days because we value our client’s time and acknowledge their needs. Yet, because each item is custom-made, it is possible that it may take a few extra days to prepare the order, and the shipping could get delayed.

Shipping in India
• We offer delivery practically everywhere across India (given the confirmation from courier vendor)
• Free shipping is available on orders over ₹ 999. Below that, a shipping fee of Rs. 99 will be applied.
• On orders over ₹ 999, pertaining to our courier affiliates' serviceability, cash payment at the time of delivery is an option.
Estimated Delivery Time
The time it takes for your merchandise to arrive at your doorstep is approx. 7 to 10 business days. Because of severe weather, delayed flights, political upheaval, and other unpredictable circumstances, shipment may occasionally take a little longer.
In such circumstances, our customer service will contact you right away. Additionally, we are unable to make up for any mental suffering brought on by a delivery delay. If the delivery date takes longer than anticipated, the client may cancel the order at any time. If the order was paid for in advance, the customer will get their money back as soon as the shipment is successfully canceled.
Cancellation & Refund:
Even though we strive to give only the finest, we do accept returns if the fabric is defective or the product is damaged. Within 24-hours of delivery acceptance, you can swap the fabrics if you weren't satisfied with the purchase (not applicable in case of fabrics measuring below 2 meters).
The buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs in this scenario. If we get your order within 7 days of the date of receipt, we will replace or exchange the fabrics.
Preferably, all of our items are thoroughly inspected for quality prior to shipment; however, if you still discover that a material is defective, kindly share with us images of the defective item within 24 hours of receiving your order.
When order damage is confirmed, we will either offer you a replacement or provide you with a promo code for the equivalent amount. We'll do everything we can to prevent a situation like this from happening again.
Returns or exchanges really aren't allowed if the conditions listed below are not met.
•The request of return must be made within 24 hours after the delivery date.
•The ordered item(s) must not be utilized or compromised.
•if you have requested that the product be customized.
Canceling Order
Sending us an email at info@fabrically.com at any point prior to shipment will allow you to terminate domestic orders. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been dispatched, though. In that situation, the client would have to decline delivery of the package, at which point our courier partner will terminate the purchase.
Refund of a Canceled Order
Domestic Orders:
If the client had booked a prepaid order, we would return 100% of the purchase price via NEFT to that same account or card within 7 to 10 business days after the cancellations.
Return of Product
Domestic Orders:
In the unlikely occasion that a customer receives a damaged product or is dissatisfied with their purchase for domestic orders, they may return the item.
We double-check the items before shipping to ensure they satisfy our standard of quality in order to prevent any unexpected problems for our international customers. Additionally, some of our handcrafted, naturally dyed products have a tendency to bleed color when washed. To prevent any problems, we thus ask that overseas buyers read the product description before purchasing cloth.
Taxes & additional charges on international order
Customers must pay the courier service directly for any customs duties, brokerage fees, or even other duties or fees that may be imposed at the destination states across India. Under no circumstances will Fabrically be liable for any taxes or fees that must be paid.
